Terms of sale for Remote OBD customers

Seller and scope

Reprorace SL, NIF B75382259, Avda. Montes de Oca, 20, Nave 15, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), España. Email: info@reprorace.com. We sell under the Diaglana and Remote OBD brands; purchases from both websites are made in the Diaglana online shop (app.diaglana.com).

These terms (version 2026-10-01) apply to purchases in the shop, by consumers as well as businesses, with delivery to the destinations the shop offers for your address. We show them before you buy and keep them with your order; you can download or print them from this page.

If you are a consumer, the Spanish consumer protection act (LGDCU, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) also applies. If you buy as a business, the Spanish Commercial Code and, otherwise, the Civil Code apply; these terms prevail over yours unless agreed in writing.

Products

We sell the ECO-LITE (installed in the OBD port of the customer's vehicle, connected over Wi-Fi), the ECO-LITE TOOL (desk adapter that reproduces the remote vehicle's OBD port at the workshop so it can use its own tool), the ECOPRO Gen3 when available, accessories and, where applicable, platform plans or licences.

The main features, compatibility and requirements (a compatible vehicle, Wi-Fi or mobile data and a platform account) are described on each product page. Images are for guidance. Pre-series products are sold as reservations: the shop shows the estimated delivery date before you confirm.

How to buy

1. Add products to the cart and enter your address and whether you buy as a private customer or a business: you see the final price with shipping, taxes and, where applicable, customs charges. 2. Sign in with your Diaglana account. 3. Check the billing details, choose how to pay and how to receive the order and accept these terms. 4. Press "Place order with obligation to pay".

You can review and correct any detail before confirming. The contract is concluded in Spanish or English, according to the shop's language. The order is kept in your account with its price, taxes, addresses and the version of these terms, and we send you the confirmation on a durable medium (a receipt you can download from your account and an email). We notify you of every change of status.

If a price changes while you buy, we show you the new one before charging. If there is an obvious error in a published price or product, we will tell you and you may confirm the purchase with the correct information or cancel it with a refund.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in euros. The shop shows them including Spanish VAT (21%), which you pay if the order goes to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the European Union: the sale is a VAT-exempt export (article 21 Spanish VAT Act 37/1992). We charge no VAT; the buyer pays import taxes (IGIC, IPSI, import VAT, duties) and the carrier's clearance fees on delivery, unless the shop says otherwise. Any estimate of those taxes shown by the shop is for guidance.

Businesses in another EU member state with a VAT number valid in VIES at the time of purchase: VAT-exempt intra-Community supply (article 25 Act 37/1992); the buyer accounts for VAT (reverse charge). If VIES does not confirm the number, the sale carries VAT.

Private customers in other EU member states: Spanish VAT applies or, where due under the One-Stop Shop (OSS), that of the destination country. Retailers under the Spanish equivalence surcharge: the surcharge is added to the invoice.

Volume prices, packs, your account's special conditions and cart-amount discounts are applied automatically and shown in the summary before confirming.

Payment and invoice

Payment methods: those the shop shows for your order, including card, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, cash on delivery or payment on collection. Online payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Redsys over an encrypted connection; we do not keep your full card details.

The charge is made when you confirm the order, except for bank transfer, cash on delivery and payment on collection. With bank transfer, we give you the details on confirming and prepare the order once the amount arrives; if it does not arrive within 7 calendar days we may cancel the order. Cash payments of €1,000 or more are not accepted when either party acts as a business (article 7 Spanish Act 7/2012).

We issue the invoice with the order's billing details and make it available in your account.

Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping cost and time depend on the address, the delivery option and the weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is greater) and are shown before confirming. Shipments needing an export declaration may include a customs handling charge, also shown before confirming. We ship with carriers such as SEUR, Correos Express, MRW, GLS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, or by our own means.

We deliver within the stated time and, if none is stated, at most 30 calendar days from confirmation of the paid order (article 66 bis LGDCU). For reservations, the time is the estimated date the shop showed. If we cannot meet it, we will tell you and, if you are a consumer, you may cancel the order with a refund of everything you paid without undue delay.

If you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or the person you name receive the order; if you hire a carrier we do not offer, when we hand it over to that carrier (article 66 ter LGDCU). If you buy as a business, the risk passes on delivery at the stated address or, if you collect or ship it yourself, on handover to you or your carrier.

Check the parcel on receipt and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery note. Businesses: shortages or apparent defects must be reported within 4 days of receipt (article 336 Spanish Commercial Code).

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons, from the day you or the person you name receive the product (or the last product, if they arrive separately); for plans and services, from when they are contracted. The procedure, the effects and the model form are on the "Withdrawal" page.

We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. Direct return costs are yours. You are liable for any loss of value from handling beyond what is needed to check the product.

Under article 103 LGDCU there is no right of withdrawal for: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as software licences or activations) once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right; and services fully performed with your express consent. This right does not apply to purchases by businesses.

Legal guarantee (consumers)

We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery of the units (articles 114 ff. LGDCU). Digital content and services (for example the platform or a licence) have 2 years from supply when supplied in a single act, and the whole contracted period when supplied continuously.

Unless proven otherwise, a lack of conformity that appears within the first 2 years is presumed to have existed when the units were delivered, and within the first year for single-supply digital content or services. You may ask for free repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract. We will provide the updates, including security updates, needed to keep the units and their software in conformity for the time the law requires.

As the manufacturer, we will maintain adequate technical service and spare parts for at least ten years after each product stops being manufactured (article 127 bis LGDCU). The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, tampering, installation contrary to the instructions or connection to out-of-specification electrical systems.

To claim, open a warranty case in the platform (Tools) or write to us. We bear the shipping costs of products under guarantee.

Warranty for businesses

Hidden defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery (article 342 Spanish Commercial Code). In addition, we give a 1-year commercial warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects, covering repair or replacement of the unit; it does not cover the damage listed in the previous section.

With businesses, our liability for the order is limited to its amount and excludes loss of profit and indirect damage, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Software and service

The units work with the Diaglana platform and receive signed firmware updates. Use of the platform is governed by its terms of use. Some features may require a plan or licence, disclosed and contracted separately. Compatibility depends on each vehicle and tool.

Marketplace purchases

If you buy our units on Amazon, eBay, Mercado Libre or AliExpress, the order and payment are governed by the marketplace's terms and we are the seller. Your withdrawal and legal guarantee rights are the same; you can exercise them through the marketplace's messaging or by writing to us.

Customer service and complaints

Contact us through your account's purchase chat, at info@reprorace.com or at our address. We answer complaints as soon as possible and within one month at most (article 21 LGDCU). Complaint forms are available.

We are not a member of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System or any other alternative dispute resolution entity. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the consumer information office of your region or town hall, which can mediate, and we will tell you whether we accept arbitration for your case. If you live in another EU member state, the European Consumer Centre of your country can help you.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your domicile. For purchases by businesses, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid.
