Brands, domains and services
Reprorace SL works with two brands. Diaglana is the brand of the manufacturer of the units (ECO-LITE, ECO-LITE TOOL and ECOPRO Gen3) and of the platform: the diaglana.com website, the app.diaglana.com platform, its mobile apps and the online shop. Remote OBD is the brand under which the same company distributes Diaglana units on remote-obd.com.
This website (remote-obd.com), the Diaglana platform (app.diaglana.com), its apps and the shop belong to the same owner and share these legal texts. Using them means accepting this legal notice; use of the platform is also governed by its terms of use, and purchases by the terms of sale.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith: without harming its operation, trying to access areas or data you are not authorised to see, introducing malicious software or extracting its content in bulk or automatically in a way that harms the service.
Intellectual and industrial property
The Diaglana and Remote OBD trademarks, product names, texts, images, designs, logos, software and firmware belong to the owner or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without written permission, except for private use and the exceptions the law allows.
Open-source components are governed by their own licences. Third-party vehicle and tool trademarks on this website belong to their owners and are only cited to indicate compatibility, with no relationship implied.
You may link to the website's public pages as long as the link does not suggest a relationship, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist and does not present the content as your own.
User content
The community and the expert directory show content published by their users, who are responsible for it. We review expert profiles before publishing them, but we do not check community posts before they appear.
As a hosting provider, we diligently remove or disable illegal content once we have actual knowledge of it (article 16 LSSI-CE and article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act). You can report it with the "Report" button or by writing to the contact address; the full procedure is in the platform terms of use.
